		<description>This is great information. When I read t things like this the first thing I think is should I print this out and give it to my managers. Any little blurb, quote, or list I find I put it in my phone or save it to my computer. The  asses if I  think if it could be useful.  I always found it helpful when I am starting something new to make a list in a convenient spot to, and check off how many of these mistakes I am still making. By doing that I can work hard to fix them.</description>
